Important Reminders
Now that fall is here and cooler temperatures have arrived, remember to:
  • Change the batteries in your smoke detectors/C02 detectors.
  • Disconnect your water hoses so they do not freeze on the water spigots.
  • Remove your spent annuals and cut back your perennials.
  • Get your chimneys and furnaces inspected.

  • Clubhouse Information
    The clubhouse is now available to rent. Please see the clubhouse attendant for deposits fees and availability.

    Important Notice
    The back areas are currently being inspected for items behind your unit and garages if applicabel. Pictures will taken and letters giving with a timeline to be cleaned up. Fines will be assessed to those who do not comply.

    TRASH CAB is the community's new trash hauler.
    Please see their information below:

    Waste & Recycle Collection:
    - Collection Day: Wednesdays’
    - Waste & Recycling Collected on Wednesdays’
    - Collection Time: On or After 7:00a.m.

    Bulk Items: Examples – Couch, Office Chair, Mattress & Box Spring etc.
    - Plastic Wrap Required for Bulk Items in Fabric.
    - Bulk Items in fabric WON’T be removed without plastic wrap.

    - Request Quote, Coordination & Supply Credit Card Information

    Reminders

    Trash cans are to be stored in the garage (if applicable) or behind the unit ONLY. There are NO exceptions.

    ALL Exterior improvements to your condo MUST BE APPROVED by the board of directors before the work is started. Click here to download Exterior Improvement Request Form

    Basketball hoops are NOT allowed on the property.

    We will be policing back yards so please clean up your area.

    Fenced in back yards will not be mowed by the landscapers.

    Open back areas will not be mowed if dog feces is not cleaned.

    Keep your speed below the posted 12 MPH and be aware that there are children, walkers, bike riders, and pets using the streets as well as other drivers.

    You must have a valid pass to use Clubhouse facilities. To obtain a pass, please bring in proof of residency.

    All pets must be on a leash under the owner’s control when they are outside.

    You need approval from the Condominium Association Board of Directors before you have a satellite dish installed at McNeill Farms. You can install a satellite dish on the fence or deck behind your unit or on a free-standing pole. You MAY NOT attach one to the roof or any other part of the building – EVER.

    Please be aware that the Ohio Fire Code states that outdoor fireplaces (chimineas, fire pits, etc.) must be at least 15 feet away from a structure or combustible material. Propane or charcoal grills must be at least ten feet away. A fire extinguisher or other means of fighting a fire must be present when either of these is in use.

    Sump Pump Reminder – fill pit with water monthly to make sure it works, if not call the management company for a work order request! Click here for more information on maintaining you Sump Pump.
